Overview: The works comprised the refurbishment of the Olympic Lounge amenities within the Melbourne Cricket Ground, carried out under strict operational and event scheduling requirements. The project included demolition of existing fixtures and finishes, followed by the installation of new partitions, tiling, ceilings, lighting, and sanitary fixtures to deliver a modern and durable upgrade. Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical services were upgraded and integrated to meet current compliance standards.

All works were coordinated to minimise disruption to MCG operations, with careful planning around restricted access, security protocols, and event-day constraints. The project concluded with final cleaning, commissioning, defect rectification, and handover, resulting in upgraded amenities that enhance the visitor experience while aligning with the MCG’s quality and durability standards.
