Kent has served as the Chief Executive Officer of ONE68 since its inception in 2003. With a strong focus on leadership and long-term strategy, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations while shaping its policies and future direction. Kent plays a pivotal role in bridging communication between the Board, employees, and clients, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organisation. He is also responsible for managing the company’s financial and physical resources, supporting sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Known for his clear vision and steady guidance, Kent continues to champion ONE68’s evolution in the commercial fitout space, maintaining a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client focus.

A qualified carpenter and joiner by trade, Mitchell is the Founding Director of ONE68 and brings decades of hands-on industry experience. He spent eight years working onsite before launching his first shopfitting business in 1992, honing both technical skill and business acumen. In 2003, he partnered with Kent and Rod Clark to establish the ONE68 Group, combining their expertise to build a company grounded in craftsmanship and reliability. Mitchell remains actively involved in the business, with a particular focus on operational oversight and high-impact project delivery. He is often called upon to lead key initiatives and complex builds, bringing practical insight and trusted leadership to every project he touches. His continued involvement ensures that the company’s foundations in quality, detail, and trust remain central to everything ONE68 delivers.

Rod has been a professional in the building industry for 21 years. He holds a Commercial Builders Licence and a Cert III in Occupational Health & Safety. His vast experience in the industry ranges from project management, design, estimating and sourcing product to management of the factory and construction process. His oversight of the construction process ensures all jobs are manufactured to the highest standard.
