Overview: The project involved the fitout of a new Country Road retail store at 33 Queen Street, Brisbane, delivering a high-end retail space that reflects the brand’s modern identity. Works included the strip-out of the existing tenancy, followed by construction of new partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, and floor finishes in accordance with the Country Road design standards.

Bespoke joinery, display fixtures, point-of-sale counters, and feature finishes were supplied and installed to create a premium retail environment. Building services were upgraded and integrated, including electrical, lighting, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and data/communications systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and operational requirements.

The project required careful planning and coordination around CBD access, deliveries, and site logistics, with works staged to minimise disruption to neighbouring businesses and the public. The works concluded with testing and commissioning, defect rectification, final cleaning, and handover, resulting in a fully operational Country Road store ready for trade.
