Overview: At 440 Collins Street, ONE68 was engaged to deliver the fitout of Suite 2 on Level 7, transforming the tenancy into a versatile and highly functional workspace. The project required blending elements of an existing fitout with new construction, which involved careful demolition, integration of services, and installation of new partitions, ceilings, and finishes. A key part of the delivery was ensuring the transition between old and new was seamless, both visually and technically, with flooring, lighting, and mechanical systems tied in to operate as one cohesive environment. Custom joinery and multi-purpose work areas were built in to maximise flexibility for the client, while premium finishes in rich, timeless tones were applied to elevate the overall quality of the space. The result is a sophisticated and durable workplace that supports a variety of uses, achieved through precise construction and attention to detail throughout the fitout.
