Overview: For Tenancy 2 on Level 1 at 459 Little Collins Street, ONE68 delivered a compact yet highly functional fitout tailored to the requirements of a smaller tenancy. Works included the installation of new partitions, ceilings, and services, along with carefully detailed joinery to support both open-plan working and breakout use. The floorplate was reconfigured to optimise efficiency, with workstations and shared spaces integrated seamlessly to ensure no area was underutilised. Throughout, bold and muted finishes were applied to walls, flooring, and built elements, creating a warm and welcoming environment without compromising practicality. Despite its smaller scale, the tenancy was delivered to the same high standard as larger workplace projects, demonstrating ONE68’s ability to adapt fitout solutions to suit a variety of sizes and complexitity.
