Overview: ONE68 completed the interior fitout for Tenancy 1, Level 1 at 459 Little Collins Street, revitalising a dated workspace into a modern, functional environment. Our scope included constructing new lounge-style breakout areas alongside enclosed meeting rooms, with custom joinery and partitions providing both openness and privacy where required. Warm finishes and light timbers were applied across flooring, wall treatments, and joinery elements, with careful detailing around the common lift lobby to create a strong arrival experience. The project required a full upgrade of the tenancy, with new ceilings, lighting, and services integrated seamlessly to support a flexible, contemporary workplace.
